Shipping Canada

  • FREE Pick up is available at The Carrington Shoppe Vancouver or at Tbird during shows.
  • All orders shipped within Canada are shipped thru Canada Post Expedited with tracking & $100 Insurance. For additional insurance or to ship with a courier, ex. ups or fedex, instead please contact us for quotes.
  • During the Canada Post Strike all items will ship UPS or similar courier type
  • Estimated shipping time is 4 - 14 business days depending on location.
  • Handling time is 3-4 business days upon us receiving your order.
  • Taxes will be charged based on the provincial rate at your shipping address.
  • All prices are listed in CND Dollars

Shipping USA

  • We ship via Canada post / USPS with tracking & insurance up to $100 cnd
  • For additional insurance or to ship with a courier, ex. ups or fedex, instead please contact us for quotes.
  • Estimated total shipping time from receiving your order online to arrival is 7 - 21 business days depending on your location. We cannot account for time packages take to process through customs.
  • We offer shipping to the 48 continental States.
  • All prices are listed in CND Dollars and are converted to the currency of the country you are viewing in to exchange rates determined by shopify.

Returns

  • Items purchased online are refundable within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new condition with all tags attached and with original receipt to receive return. Items returned in any other condition besides new and without tags will not be accepted.
  • Custom made Orders are final sale. 
  • Refunds for orders are given once items have been received and processed.
  • Sale items 30% off or higher are Final Sale.
  • Buyer must pay return shipping.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return packages must be properly declared Return Merchandise for customs otherwise we are not responsible for any duty, taxes or handling charges that may occur from errors in declaring when crossing the border, this amount will be deducted from a refund.
  • Any duty or customs accumulated on orders shipped to the US are not reimbursed in returns.
  • Orders already in production or Orders in transit or processed for transit cannot be cancelled.

Please contact us to apply to be a retailer and receive a wholesaler discount code to order direct from the website.  contact us.

Shipping

Wholesale purchasers please choose wholesale shipping TBA at checkout. Shipping will be calculated by order and a shipping invoice will be sent when your order is ready to ship.

$500cnd minimum opening orders for new retailers.
